Whether it is automatic milking or feeding, every dairy farmer who uses our systems must be able to trust the process completely. Every day, all year long. We have a dedicated training center for this exact purpose.

Technical Training

free

Technical training is provided at no charge to the dairy producer, their family, or their employees for as long as you own and operate the Galaxy robot. (*travel expenses are not included)

ONE WEEK CERTIFICATION

Successful completion of the one-week service technician training provides certification to perform all preventative maintenance, service, and warranty work on the machine.

LOW OFF FARM LABOR EXPENSES

You are in control and can elect to perform as much maintenance on your own, minimizing off farm labor expense to main the robots.

One of the ways in which we guarantee optimal service levels is to train your farm operators in our own training center. After each training program, you (and/or your employees & family) receives certification. This ensures that when you work on your robot, you have been properly trained.

Integrated industrial equipment

The Galaxy robot is manufactured with many standard industrial components available in the general marketplace. We don't invest in customizing standard parts only to make them more expensive and less available to you. Original equipment manufacturer, OEM, part numbers and labels are left on the components, making it possible to search for them locally or at online stores.
